Jennifer Stephens, Ph.D.

Jennifer Stephens serves as the director of academic-residential partnerships and assistant professor of Education at Elon University. In this role, Jennifer provides leadership in the development, implementation, and assessment of strategic goals for integrating the academic, residential, and social experiences of students. Jennifer co-chairs the Residential Campus Advisory Committee and the Residential Living Learning Communities Advisory Council, provides leadership to Elon’s living-learning communities (LLCs) and advisors, coordinates course linkages to students’ residential neighborhoods and LLCs, and provides training and development for faculty in a variety of live-in and live-out roles. Prior to joining Living & Learning at Elon in 2023, Jennifer led the Residential Colleges Office at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
