Paige Hicks is the director of residence life at the University of Chicago, where she leads the creation of innovative co-curricular environments that promote active engagement among students, staff, and faculty. With over eight years of experience in higher education, Paige excels in co-curricular design, assessment, and the implementation of unique strategies to enhance the residential student experience.

Currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Curriculum, Culture, and Community at Loyola University Chicago, Paige integrates cutting-edge research and best practices into her work, aiming to create  and develop an inclusive and supportive housing program that celebrates the diverse backgrounds and identities of students.

In addition to her role at the University of Chicago, Paige serves as the Chair of the ACUHO-I Multicultural Institute and Symposium Committee. This leadership role underscores her dedication to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in student housing environments nationwide. Paige is passionate about fostering a sense of belonging and academic success for all students, leveraging her expertise to cultivate vibrant residential communities that prioritize student well-being and academic achievement.
